Visual Media is a class where students get 'hands-on' experience with audio and video production. This is a great opportunity to learn about radio, TV, and social media communication; develop an understanding of audiences, writing scripts, and video editing; and learn to use various production equipment while doing multi-camera video shoots for local cable TV, FCA Student News, LIVE sports broadcasting, and media support for community events. Students are graded through class participation, and individual projects. Visual Media bottom line: learn to run a camera, sound board, control room, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Audition, Media Shout, Newtek Tricaster, NewTek LIVE Text, and more. This is a class where creativity and technical skills turn into fun and challenging opportunities.
