Fairfield Christian Academy Graduation Requirements

Graduation from Fairfield Christian Academy requires earning a minimum of twenty-four (24) academic credits.

Four (4) Bible credits are required with an additional twenty (20) credits which must include the following:

                                 Bible               4.00*

                                 English            4.00

                                 Mathematics    3.00     (Class of 2014 is required to have 4.00 credits)

                                         (College preparatory   minimum:  Algebra I, Algebra II and Geometry)

                                 Science            3.00    

                                          (College preparatory minimum: Physical Science, Biology and Chemistry)

                                 Social Studies   3.00

                                          (Must include 1.00 -  American History and .50 Government)

                                 Health     .50

                                 Physical Education   .50      

                                 Computer       1.00

                                 Fine Arts         1.00   (May include fine arts in 8^th grade starting with the class of 2014)

                                 Senior Project   .50  

                                 Electives          3.50

Note - College preparatory minimum: Foreign Language 2 or more years                                            

                                 Total Credits   24.00

*One (1) Bible credit is required for each year in attendance at FCA. 

Students who transfer in after the Freshmen year will need a minimum of 20 credits plus one (1) year of Bible per year of attendance at FCA to graduate. 

OGT REQUIREMENT

All required areas of the Ohio Graduation Test (OGT) must be passed in order for a student to graduate and receive a diploma.
