- A new annual event will be joining our Believathon this year, in memory of our special student, Riley Mitchell. On September 25, 2010, FCA will hold it's 1st Riley Anson Mitchell Memorial 5K and 10K Run/Walk at the Fairfield County Fairgrounds. The race begins at 9:00 AM and will be followed by a F.R.O.G. Transitional Kindergarten is meant for children that are not quite ready for Kindergarten. They will have a longer nap time and it is more play-based. The curriculum provides an opportunity for children to be involved in teacher-directed learning as well as student-driven learning. This will prepare them to enter the Kindergarten program the following year.
