Support Your FCA Family!

I'm so glad you are here, because it means you are actively looking for a way to help out your school!  Thank you for taking the time to reach out and make a difference!  I'm Heather Keener, the Director of Institutional Advancement at Fairfield Christian Academy.  That is just a fancy title for "finding ways to pay for the things that our tuition doesn't cover".  Does that sound about right? 

If you are new to the school, I suppose I should explain that a little...the tuition that FCA charges for a student to attend covers only about 75% of our expenses.  Every year, we raise money for the rest of our operating expenses through business partnerships, fundraising, grants and state funding programs.  We do everything we can to keep FCA affordable for regular folks who live in our general area and wish to provide an outstanding Christian education for their children.   I have 3 sons who currently attend FCA, Blaine is in fifth grade this year and Andrew and Matthew are in second grade. All three of them attended Preschool and Childcare programs here at FCA. My daughter, Kate, who was born last summer, will also start her educational journey in these halls. 

I have a completely open-door policy and welcome your feedback.  Truly, the best way for our school to succeed at the task at hand...keeping tuition affordable...is to work as a team.  Our parents and students are the very best and I enjoy working with you!  Your thoughts, suggestions, and ideas are always appreciated. 

Again, thanks for stopping here on this page!  I encourage you to take a look at the sub-sections under Support FCA, "Business Directory", "Fundraisers", "Volunteers", and "SCRIP".  As you might guess, the Business Directory will link you up with local businesses that have supported FCA who would certainly appreciate the patronage of our families.  Fundraisers is the link to current and upcoming programs for the school year.  Volunteers is the link for folks who want to serve.  SCRIP contains a short description of that program and how you might become involved. 

Last but not least, let me take a moment to thank our UNBELIEVABLE volunteers!  We have moms, dads, grandmas and grandpas who take time out of their busy lives to serve our student body and the school family in many, many ways.  This place would not be as amazing as it is if it weren't for you and God's many blessings.  I thank you.  If there is anything I can ever do, don't hesitate to ask.
